RAID Intelligence & Risk Exposure Dashboard
Premium
An Excel and HTML dashboard that convert risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies into risk-adjusted exposure and a prioritised list of what leadership must decide this week.
What you receive
PMOC_RAID Demo.xlsx` — sample data: 12 projects, 140 RAID records, 12 monthly snapshots
PMOC_RAID _Blank.xlsx` — identical structure, formulas, validation and charts, with two worked example rows
PMOC_RAID _Dashboard.html` — offline interactive dashboard
PMOC_RAID _Guide.pdf` — 11 pages
The problem
Most RAID logs record what people wrote down. They rarely say what it is worth, who is accountable, or what leadership must decide. Risks are coloured rather than costed. Issues sit alongside uncertain risks as though both were equally likely. Assumptions drift past their review date. Dependencies are logged with a name and no confidence. Mitigation actions quietly pass their due dates, and nobody sees the pattern until a milestone slips.
What this changes
Every record carries a probability, a cost and schedule impact, inherent and residual scores, a response strategy, an owner and an action with a due date. From that the system calculates risk-adjusted cost exposure, schedule exposure, aging, RAG rating, trend against last month and a recommended action with the reason that triggered it. The dashboard answers the executive questions in one screen: what is our exposure, who is driving it, what is escalating, what is overdue, which assumptions are failing, which dependencies threaten milestones, and what must we decide now.
Key outcomes
Quantify portfolio risk and issue exposure in currency and in days, kept as separate measures.
See the concentration: which projects, categories and owners hold most of the exposure.
Spot escalation early through the residual trend against the previous month.
Track overdue mitigation actions and the exposure they carry.
Validate assumptions before they invalidate the business case.
Secure dependencies before the required date passes with low confidence.
Give leadership a ranked action list with owners, due dates and decision authority.
