The problem: Delay events on construction, infrastructure and complex projects are often analysed one by one and then added together. Overlapping events, float, concurrency and mitigation are lost in the sum, so reported delay can be overstated, EOT claims run ahead of their evidence, and leaders cannot see which decisions are actually pending.
Who it is for: Planners, schedulers, project-controls teams, PMOs, project managers, commercial and claims teams, contractors, clients and consultants who need a structured, repeatable view of delay events and EOT positions.
How it works: You record each delay event once per schedule-update window in a 48-field input table, using impacted and unimpacted finish dates from your own CPM tool. The product calculates gross impact, float absorbed, concurrency and mitigation, indicative net critical impact, EOT gaps, prolongation exposure, evidence readiness (0-100) and delay exposure (0-100). The same dataset drives an Excel dashboard, an offline HTML app, a Power BI template and an editable executive deck.
Why it is different: A built-in non-additivity safeguard shows the sum of event impacts, the largest single movement, an overlap warning and the confirmed window net delay side by side, and labels project delay 'Indicative Only' until every window in view is confirmed. Evidence readiness is scored separately from entitlement screening, and all four tools reconcile to the same headline values.
Important limitations: The product does not run CPM calculations, interpret contracts, apportion concurrent delay or determine entitlement. Management decision-support tool. It does not replace a logic-linked CPM assessment, qualified delay expert, contract interpretation or legal advice.
